Deutsche Bank is agent bank on CRIF SpA shelf issuance
CRIF SpA, a Bologna-based company specialising in credit, business information and open banking, completed a €45 million issuance and placement of securities as part of an existing shelf facility. Shelf facilities permit issuers to register a new issue but allow a predetermined period of time to sell the offering instead of all at once.
The securities, which have a 12-year amortisation plan and have been issued at a fixed interest rate, will help support CRIF's investment plan of €350 million for the three-year period 2021-2023. Two other issues for €50 million and €30 million are already in place through the shelf facility, which provides the option of issuing new securities up to a total value of $125 million.
“We are pleased to provide our agency services on this issuance and to facilitate CRIF SpA with the diversification of funding sources for their investment plan” says Jason Connery, Head of Trust and Agency Services EMEA.
