The Trust and Agency Services (TAS) team has supported Dublin, Ireland-based mortgage lender Dilosk’s fourth stand-alone RMBS issuance Dilosk RMBS No.4 DAC.

The portfolio of 1,258 buy-to-let and owner occupied mortgage loans originated by Dilosk DAC are secured over freehold and leasehold properties in Ireland.

TAS has been appointed as trustee, cash manager (including European Securities Markets Authority reporting agent), principal paying agent, agent bank, and registrar.
